We price per search term: the name or business name people type into Google. Two things set the price, the result you need and how hard the sources are, and every unwanted result on page one for that term is covered. Never who you are, or what we think you can pay.

- Standard sources
- Forums and Reddit, review sites, social media posts, directories, old or outdated pages, local and trade press.
- Hard sources
- Major news mastheads and broadcasters, court and tribunal records, government pages.
What is covered
- Every unwanted result on page one for that search term, up to 5.
- A second or third search term (your name and your business name, say) is 50% of its own price.
- One search term with a mix of sources is priced as a hard source.
- Your order page, with evidence you can open, and a written report every 30 days.
- Anything beyond the published list is quoted individually.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Your guarantee date is set at the top of the window: 6 months for a standard term, 12 months for a hard one. The intake tells you which yours is before you see a price.

You choose at checkout. The result is the same.
Upfront
One payment when you start, 10% less than the price. By bank transfer with no fee, or by card.
Milestones
30% when you start, 50% when half of your results have moved, 20% when all of them have, by card. A milestone that is never reached is never charged.
Monthly
Equal monthly payments across your term, by card. They stop by themselves after the last one. No interest.
Card payments carry the cost of accepting a card (2.9% plus 30 cents per payment), added at cost and shown before you pay. Bank transfer has no fee.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Quoted individually
Anything beyond the published list is quoted individually, and scoped in writing before you pay:
- More than 3 search terms
- More than 5 results on one search term
- Results on reference sites such as Wikipedia
- Results that need to come off page two as well
- Larger organisations
